Why does it takes so long? Technical problems to make it available for PC or Android? Poor support? I know that there is a problem with copyrights and IPR. But what are they communicating yet to the customer.
TV on your PC – only for a happy few (testers), also not available. So if your provider said: ‘”Soon available – it means: we don’t know, or we think about it?
Same issue with ‘video on demand’. Most of the time, 9 times out of 10. The service is not available in my area, due to a technical problem. You get a message on screen ‘Due to a technical problem, we are not able to… SOON … Try it later AGAIN. After spending time and money, calling the helpdesk, it will work for a WHILE.
Maybe time for Telenet to change their name in the SOONNET.
How SOON will I be able to watch TV on my device? Knowing that one hour of video will also cost me around 1 Gb of download. Also looking into the TeleCom Market, where these features are already offered by multiple providers…
